Apollo economist: AI has delivered zero financial payoff to most companies

Torsten Slok, chief economist at Apollo Global Management, states that artificial intelligence has not increased profit margins or productivity at companies outside the tech giant. Slok argues that AI has failed to translate into revenue growth because it cannot understand elements such as judgment and trust in the business world.
